Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to cancel or modify any confirmed orders. Please understand and empathize. You can change the shipping address before we ship. For products that have already been shipped, it is not possible to change the shipping address or changing the shipping address midway will incur additional shipping fees. If we confirm that the incorrect display of product prices, incorrect setting of promotional discounts, or duplicate orders are due to system issues, we can assist in arranging the cancellation of confirmed orders.

In order to provide you with a smoother shopping experience, we suggest that you first add your desired items to your shopping cart or favorites list, and confirm the order details (including product type, quantity, style, size, discounted price, payment method, etc.) before making payment, so that we can quickly and conveniently deliver your desired items to you.

If your order cannot be delivered as scheduled due to merchant out of stock or other reasons, in order to avoid long waiting times, we will cancel the relevant goods and refund the payment for the goods to the payment account using the original payment method. Unless otherwise stated, we do not accept returns or exchanges of goods. If the product you ordered has a malfunction, defect, or damage (not your fault), or if the product is not the one you ordered, or if the quantity delivered is incorrect, you may request a replacement, but the replacement must comply with the following principles:
1. The reason for requesting a replacement must be submitted to the customer service department within 7 days from the date of the delivery note. Returns must be submitted to the customer service department within 30 days from the date of the delivery note.

The product is unused and in its original state of sale, along with all components and accessories provided with the product, including instructions, labels, markings, accessories, bags, and boxes, and has not damaged the original packaging of the product, which affects our ability to hold the product supplier accountable;
3. The packaging of the product must be maintained in its original state upon delivery to you;

5.Your agreement and acceptance of product replacement depend on inventory supply. If the inventory is insufficient, we can postpone the delivery or directly process a refund service for you;
6. If the goods are damaged by human factors, natural wear and tear, aging, appearance changes under normal use, packaging and difficult to identify defects, they will not be treated as quality problems and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
7.The request for return or replacement shall be made through our customer service representative and within the period specified by the supplier. The goods shall be returned to the supplier at the delivery address through our free collection or other methods.
8.You agree and accept that the supplier has full discretion to decide whether to accept the return or replacement of the goods. Under no circumstances will we accept direct returns to us or be responsible for any damages incurred by you for any reason
9.You agree and accept that the returned goods will only be refunded to your original payment account after meeting the eligibility criteria. If any promotional discounts apply to the total purchase amount at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the item.Please note that the refund will generally take 5 to 15 working days. Additionally, we do not allow returns in the following situations:
If the consumer disassembles or repairs the item themselves, causing damage, or if someone intentionally destroys it;
If the product is damaged due to improper use by the consumer;

3. Other products that are exempted from warranty liability by laws and regulations;
